Bootcamp 101 : Back to Basics

We all know that exercise is good for us - and that we need to move more. But where do we start?

Fitness can sometimes be intimidating... we know! And especially if you've never joined a gym, or a fitness program before.

In this 90-min workshop, you will learn and master basic movements that you can do at home, without any equipments.

You will learn:
- The right techniques, with no fancy equipment
- Upper Body Exercises you can do at home
- Lower Body Exercises you can do at home
- Basic kettlebell exercises/moves
- 'Cardio' exercises for home
- Exercises to strengthen your core/improve your posture
- How to get started with fitness
- How to stay minimize the risk of injury

** All participants also receive a handout with multiple home workouts that they can do on their own

You will master fundamental fitness movements/exercises so that you can join your favourite workouts with more confidence.

This workshop also includes a fun 30-minute workout for the entire group to put into practice everything we've learnt, and to have some good, sweaty fun.

This workshop is for all fitness levels, age 18 - 55. If you have any health conditions
we should be aware of (heart conditions, diabetes, asthma, obesity) , please contact us before you enroll.

*** What to bring ***
Towel, Exercise Mat (if you have one), Water, Spare change of clothes for after your workout

Saturday, April 23rd 5:00PM to 6:30PM (90-mins)
60-mins of learning/teaching, followed by 30-minutes workout

*** Who should attend ***
Anyone interested to know the right techniques to exercise, learn how to have fun with fitness, and anyone wanting to build confidence before enrolling for a gym/bootcamp/fitness club membership.

*** Location: Outdoors, TTDI Taman Rimba Kiara ***
Please note that the workshop/workout will still take place in the event of rain. We will take shelter at the shaded areas. In the event of extreme lightning/unbearable rain, then we will re-schedule the workshop.
